Description:Leigh & District Women's Institute members pictured not long after they were founded in 1936. The lady on the front row, far right is Mrs Dale from High Farm, Nobut. Her daughter, Edna Dale is in the third row, second from left. Edna would have been about 17 when this photograph was taken.
