Description:Painting, oil on board by Robert Perry RBSA (1944-). This area of Cannock Chase was occupied by rifle ranges associated with the two army training camps which occupied Cannock Chase during the First World War.

This painting was commissioned for 'The Fields of Battle 1914-18; Paintings and Drawings by Robert Perry RBSA' held at the Shire Hall Gallery, Stafford in 2014.
