Description:This view of the Trentham Hall Courtyard shows the Aviary, stocked with birds of prey and other varieties of exotic birds. There were also rabbits and other small animals. St. Mary's Church is in the background.
This photograph was taken at the time when the National Coal Board had taken over the responsibility for restoration of the Trentham Hall Courtyard buildings.
