Description:This silver salver was presented to Thomas John Henry Vincent Lane (d.1941)on his Coming of Age on 24th June 1928. He was the eldest son of J.H.H.V. Lane, the Lord of the Manor of Kings Bromley.

The salver is engraved with the inscription: "Presented to T.V. Lane Esq By his Tenant Farmers on the occasion of his 21st Birthday January 24th 1926". This inscription is surrounded by the signatures of tenant farmers, including: H. Ball, W. Davies, R Hall, S.J. Smith, A. Martin, W.J. Roberts, V.H. Wooley, G.L. Wooley, H. Prince, Harriet Chamberlain, R. Copeland.
