Description:Located behind Alrewas House, at the time of this photograph this builders yard occupied by Dakin, a local builder. The Volkswagen Campervan to the right vehicle has the name 'Dakin' painted on the rear.

There may be a spoked wheel under the stairs in the entrance with the cast iron support.

It is now converted to residential appartments.
