Description:In the centre is one of the two Stafford Lodges built in 1902 at the entrance to Sandon Hall.

The war memorial is in centre of the photograph. Sandon war memorial was unveiled by Colonel John Ward DSO MP on 7th May 1921 and dedicated by the Vicar of Sandon. It commemorates the men of Sandon Hall Estate who lost their lives in World War I. A soldier on a plinth stands at ease with his rifle held in his right hand and his left hand clenched in a fist. The sculpor was Albert Toft. Concrete posts and a chain were placed around it in 1954.

The triple chimney on the left belongs to Seven Stars Cottage.
