Description:Dough mixing machines at the Heath Bakery, Uttoxeter, owned by John Walker at the time of this photograph. John's father (also named John) bought the Heath Bakery in November 1929 from Joshua 'Jos' Blore. John Walker Jr retired in September 1990.
