Description:Oval medallion with a hole in the top for a chain or string. On one side is inscription 'John Twemlow Esq. of Hatherton Patron', and a coat of arms. On the other side is 'Walgherton Female Friendly Dividend Society Instituted July 23rd 1833'.

Walgherton and Hatherton are villages near Nantwich and Crewe in cheshire.
