Description:Richard Bagot, later Howard (1733-1819) married Frances Howard, daughter of William Howard, Viscount Andover (1714-1756) and Mary Finch (died 1803). He was the 4th son of Sir Walter Wagstaffe Bagot, 5th Baronet of Blithfield (1702-1768) and Barbara Legge (died 1765), daughter of William Legge, 1st Earl of Dartmouth. he owned property in Staffordshire, including Comberford Hall near Tamworth.
