Description:Lithograph print. A caricature of Sir William Reynell Anson (1843-1914)by 'Spy' with caption 'All Souls'. Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' June 13th 1901. Distantly related to the Earls of Lichfield, he was born at Walberton, Sussex. He was Baronet of Hatch Beauchamp and Liberal Member of Parliament for Oxford University 1899-1914. He was also Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University 1898-1899.
