Description:Rev. Richard Bagot (1782-1854) was the son of William Bagot, 1st Baron Bagot of Blithfield Hall, Staffordshire. He was was Rector of Leigh and Blithfield and Prebendary of Lichfield Cathedral. Later in life he became Bishop of Oxford in 1829, and Bishop of Bath and Wells in 1845. Engraved by J. Burnet from a painting belonging to All Souls' College, Oxford. Published by J. Ryman, High Street, Oxford, 8th February 1845.
