Description:Lithograph print. A caricature of Sir Henry Samuel Wiggin, 1st Baronet (1824-1905) by 'Stuff'. Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' April 16th 1892. He was born at Cheadle, Staffordshire. He was a Director of Midland Railway, the South Staffordshire Water Works Co., the Birmingham Joint Stock Bank and Muntz's Metal Co. He was Member of Parliament for East Staffordshire between 1880 and 1885 and Deputy Lieutenant of Staffordshire. His autograph is inserted bottom right.
