Description:Lithograph print. A caricature of Sir Charles Forster, 1st Baronet (1815-1891) by 'Ape'. Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' March 29th 1874. He was an English Liberal politician who was Member of Parliament for Walsall 1852-1891 and was Deputy Lieutenant and Justice of the Peace for Staffordshire. His family home was Lysways Hall, Longdon, near Rugeley.
