Description:A group at the annual garden party held by Colonel Barratt Green and his wife at their home, Walton Grange, in Stone.

Standing in the back row, far right, are Eileen and Eric Hammersley, Longton china manufacturer, who lived at the White House on Oulton Heath.
In the middle row are Alice Cooper (2nd from left) and Phyllis Poole (2nd from right). In the front row are Mrs Barratt Green (3rd from right) and the girl standing at the front is Helen Poole, later Leslie. The garden party included brass bands and competitions for garden produce.
