Date:1960 - 1970 (c.)

Description:Dating from around 1320 and standing within a 12th century moat, Handsacre hall had been extensively remodelled in the 17th century. It had stood derelict for some time before vandals destroyed the central section in 1972. In 1973 the side wings were dismantled with a view to being re-erected at Avoncroft Museum of Buildings at Bromsgrove, but ultimately proved to be in too poor condition to rebuild.
