Description:The Rugeley Times was founded in November 1926 by Mr. Everard Frank Pope, a year after he had set up the Walsall Times. The newspaper closed in 1985.

Seen here, the milk is being delivered by Chris Brown to the newspaper's offices at 3 Bow Street. He worked for Pratt's Farm which was located near Millington Street later Rugeley Dairies.
