Description:The parade is seen here crossing the bridge on Radford Street, towards Oulton Road.

At the front, holding the is John Mulbey, Mayor of Stafford's Sergeant. The Mayor of Stone is Don Massey, seen on the right. To his left is the Mayor of Stafford, Councillor Hugh Lowry, seen holding the tipped staff. Behind them are Val Catterall, the Town Clerk of Stone, and Ron Humphries, Chief Executive of Stafford Borough Council.
