Description:Watercolour by Alf Fallows depicting seven of the churches in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The names of the seven churches are written clearly on the grass in the foreground. On the back row from left to right are St. Giles', St. George's, the Congregational Church 1859 and St. Paul's 1908. On the front row from left to right are Ebenezer Church 1858, the Wesleyan Church 1861 and Holy Trinity Church 1834. All the churches depicted in this painting were still in use in 1921.
