Description:Gerald McCann (1897-1970) was the last of three generations of Uttoxeter photographers. During the Great war he was a consript in the London Scottish Regiment and served in Europe and the Middle East. He is pictured here (far right) with fellow soldiers at a training park in Richmond Park, Surrey. He noted that this picture was taken with a 'Contessa' camera.
