Description:A Stevenson's ex-London Transport R.T. which had tipped over just before the Uttoxeter Bypass crossroads on its way from the garage at Spath to Uttoxeter. Note the ex-War Department Bedford Service lorry on the left. George Stevenson can be seen on the right by the front wheels. The bus was new to London Transport in 1949. The picture was probably taken in the late 50's.
