Description:English Electric Tool Room 24 Shop. Charles Pearson is on the extreme right. He served his time at Bagnall's Engineering Works in Stafford where his father John and brother William also worked.

English Electric was formerly Siemens Bros., who manufactured generators, electric motors and various other electrical appliances. In 1918 Siemen's merged with several companies, including Dick, Kerr and Co., to become the English Electric Co.
