Description:Salt stand, 2002.C.446c. 1879. Earthenware. H: 17.5 cm.

'Henri Deux' salt stand by Charles Toft, the design inspired by a St. Porchaire original from the 16th century.

Each of the three sides is set with a figure of a putto holding a heraldic shield, each seated in a niche between columns.
