Description:c.1920-1923 Glazed Stoneware

Small stoneware jug with a flat bottom and a sparrow beak spout. Body thrown and turned, handle pulled by Shoji Hamada at St Ives, Cornwall, England.

Grey/green transparent glaze. painted decoration in manganese oxide, base unglazed.
