Description:The Staffordshire-Derbyshire county boundary runs across this bridge. Two of its arches (pointed) are 14th century, while two (round) are later, possibly dating from 1691.
A new bridge was built to carry the A50 over the River Dove when the road was rebuilt in 1970. The old bridge, which dates from the 14th century, no longer carries road traffic and is now a footpath.
