Description:Pair of brass compasses.

Used in the process of producing plaster moulds for pottery making.

Roughly 10cm in length.

The compasses belonged to a mouldmaker named Mr Juggins who worked from 1930 to 1973.

The tool has FELIX FAWKES PATENT marked on it.

Taken from the Gladstone Pottery Museum Tools Collection.

This object is now part of the collections at Stoke-on-Trent Museums.
