Date:31st of July 1934

Description:The vane for this windpump reads 'T.S. Coleman and Son, Artesian Well Engineers'. The exposed open fields on the relatively high land of Needwood Forest made windpowered water-drawing very effective. This windpump was probably at Paradise Farm, Needwood, and belonged to the Leason family.
