Description:A coloured engraving of Camden Place on Wolverhampton Road. It was built for Richard Ford in the early nineteenth century and designed by George Gilbert Scott. At the time of this print the building was occupied by Miss Roberts' School.
In the 1960s it was used as an annex to the College of Art, but was demolished in the 1970s to make way for a road scheme.
The white building in the background is Green Hall, which still stands on Lichfield Road and now houses Staffordshire County Council offices.
