Description:English Electric Company Stafford tennis club at Stychfields, adjoining the English Electric factory.

English Electric was formerly Siemens Bros., who manufactured generators, electric motors and various other electrical appliances. In 1918 Siemen's merged with several companies, including Dick, Kerr and Co., to become the English Electric Co.
