Description:Cylindrical copper body with flat base. Brass cap on top. Small brass nozzle on one side. Maker unknown. A great variety of metal-bodied fire extinguishers were developed from about 1900. Many were developed to deal with new problems such as electrical, motor vehicle, oil and chemical fires. This item is part of the Staffordshire Fire Service collection held within the Staffordshire County Museum collection. Height: 250mm. Diameter: 65mm.
