Description:This photograph was taken from the top of the 7 storey building on Tipping Street owned by Staffordshire County Council. The building was in use by the Local Taxation & Licences Department and was later occupied by the Education Department. This photograph shows the Crispin Inn and Co-Operative building on the Corner of Appleyard court and Tipping Street. The Staffordshire County Council Occupational Health Building, (bottom right) and Mrs Titensors Cafe on Pitcher Bank.
