Description:The skeleton is one of the puppets from the act 'Dance Macabre'. Douglas Hayward made this puppet in his workshop in Abbots Bromley. It is quite complex in its construction. Part of this act requires the puppet to fly apart as seen in the video clip.
Douglas Hayward and his wife Hazel operated the puppets at the Staffordshire County Museum, Shugborough where this act was filmed for the Staffordshire Past Track Archive on 12/01/2004
