Description:The celebrations were to mark the coronation of Elizabeth II, at Westminster Abbey, on Tuesday 2 June 1953.

The photograph shows a pram race underway. The route went round the village of Codsall and ended in Warner's Field in Church Road.

Some of the people pictured are Edith Hodson, Jack Davies, Molly Hodson, Mr Matthews, Mrs Matthews, Mrs Wall, Larie Davies, Mrs Brick, Harriet Lowe, Booby Brick and Bathleen Brick.
