Description:Rowland's were grocers, bakers and butchers, with premises on Gaol Road and Crabbery Street. They also owned the County Stores public house on Gaol Road.

The Rowland's delivery van was made by Bagnall's. This photograph was taken outside John Bagnall's carriage works, Pitcher Bank; the young boy is John Bagnall, son of the founder of the firm.
