Description:Belt driven outsole stitcher, manufactured by Standard Rotary Machine Co.

This machine was used by Mr Gibson of Stockton Lane, Stafford in the cobbler's shed which stood in his back garden during the 1950s and 1960s. It probably originally came from Lotus Ltd's factory on Sandon Road where Mr Gibson formerly worked.
