Description:Young patients, some of whom are playing in the centre of the picture, and nurses on the ward. This picture must have been taken in the summer because the outside doors are fully open. The blocks under the little's girl bed which is propped up are there so she can see can what is going on in the ward, and for toilet purposes because she is in a C.D.H. (Congenitally Deformed Hip) plaster around her waist and legs.
