Description:This large Italianate house was built in about 1860 on the site of Wergs Old Hall by William Fleeming Fryer. Between 1872 and about 1908 it was the property of T.J. Perry, a Bilston ironmaster, and his successors. In 1966 it became the regional office of McAlpine Construction.
