Description:At the Opening Day of the Leek and Manifold Light Railway at Waterhouses. The banner, which reads "Welcome to Earl Dartmouth" is by the end of the bridge. Just visible on the left is the Crown Inn, now (2021) Ye Olde Crown Hotel.
