Date:12th of March 1926
Description:Just before the ribbon cutting at the opening ceremony for Booth Bridge over the River Blythe, on the road between Kingstone and Newton, near Blithfield. Commissioned by Uttoxeter Rural District Council, the single span concrete bridge cost £1700, is 63 feet in length and was built by Messrs Ward and Godbere. It replaced a ford.
