Description:The first diagram detailing the Scout uniform appears in the 'Boy Scout Regulations'.
Hats - Khaki in colour with a wide brim.
Neckerchief - in troop colour worn in a loose knot (until 1924 when a 'woggle' was introduced).
Shirt - khaki, blue or grey with a pocket and shoulder straps.
Shorts - Blue or Khaki
Belt - brown leather or web
Socks - khaki, blue or grey, long and turned down below the knee
boots or shoes - black or brown
