Description:Pictured at the selection of the Stafford Pageant Queen are (from left to right): Coral Grainger (Miss English Electric), Sheila Greatorex (Miss Stafford), Ellen Pedley (Miss Haughton), Hazel Brown (Miss Lotus) and Miss Rugeley. Sheila Greatorex, then aged 17, was selected as the Pageant Queen at the event which took place at the Borough Hall, Eastgate Street, Stafford.
