Description:Friendly Society banner for Alfred Bolton Juvenile Friendly Society, probably associated with Churnet Valley Grand United Order of Odd Fellows, Oakamoor, Staffordshire. Rectangular silk banner, blue ground with yellow border. Yellow and blue fringe at bottom. Reverse side has image of Jesus with women and children and inscription: 'Suffer the Children to Come Unto Me'. Banner fixed to pole with yellow wool braid. Maker: G. Tutill, City Road, London. Found in Methodist Chapel, Oakamoor by donor. Dimensions: width 3370mm, height 2800mm. From the collections of Staffordshire County Museum.
