Description:Glazed Stoneware.

H.11.8 x W.13.0 cm.

Straight sided stoneware jar on foot, thrown and turned by William Staite Murray at Wickham Road, London, England.

Matt grey glaze with a thin band of cobalt oxide around the rim, three hand painted stylised motifs around the exterior, large dark brown mark on the interior, foot and base unglazed.
