Description:Sir Stafford Cripps, was visiting Boulton Paul Ltd. in his capacity as minister of aircraft production, during the Second World War. He is talking to a machine shop milling m/c operator. On the right is Mr Ralph Beasley, Boulton Paul's Works Manager.
