Description:Mr 'Boz' Philips was a finisher at Invogue Shoes. He is seen here hand trimming the edges of a sole. Invogue's factory stood behind the east side of Stone High Street. It was owned by the Reinli family and employed about 40 people. The factory closed in about 1950 and was taken over by Metrobond. The building has since been demolished and houses built on the site.
