Description:Members of the Tamworth Young Farmers' Calf Club judging a class of 5 Shropshire Shearling Ewes.

The bare-headed balding man with a moustache standing to the left is William Bryson. The Brysons farmed at Middleton. Also in this photograph who is the tall man wearing a flat cap standing at the back of the watching crowd, towards the middle, is Joseph Bradley Leedham. He bought Clifton Hall in 1938.
