Description:A Street Party Celebrating V.E. Day 1945 in Rene Road, Bolehall. In the centre is Mayor Milo Turner.

The girl on the front (right) is Pauline Ashwood and Roy Ashwood her brother is in the high chair beside her, their mother in the middle of the photo on the back row. The Ashwood family lived at number 34 Rene Road.
