Description:Alfred Barnard described these brewery offices in his book, 'Noted Breweries of Great Britain and Ireland', published in 1889. He noted that the buildings contained the directors' private offices, a board room, a spacious public office, cashiers', accountants and cash offices, and that all were "connected by telephone with the various departments of this extensive business (Ind Coope & Co.)"
