Description:Miss Anne Tomlinson is pictured receiving a powder compact from Mrs P C Sawyer, after her selection as Stone British Legion Queen at a dance organised by the Stone Branch of the British Legion, held at Howard Hall, Yarnfield. Looking on from left to right are: Mr P C Sawyer (Vice-President), Miss Olive Felgate (Attendant), Mr Stephen Johnson (President), Miss Brenda Sunderland (Attendant) and Mr S Cole (Judge).
