Description:A postcard view of several young people wearing borrowed military uniform standing next to the British Lion decorated float which was entered in the Stafford Pageant.

The annual procession through Stafford ended with a fair on the town common. A prize was awarded to the best decorated entries and along the route collections were made for Stafford General Infirmary.
