Description:Standing with her spaniel outside 7, St. Mary's Grove in Stafford is believed to be Jessie May Kent. Jessie was the daughter of Edwin "Teddy" Oakley, Penkridge postman, and the younger sister of Kate Haywood, wife of Stafford's Chief Fire Officer. Jessie's husband, Ernest Kent, kept the Soup Kitchen near St. Mary's Church, Stafford.
